Since the microprocessor is packed in SOP, shipping overseas is convenient. uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type is SERIAL IO/COMMUNICATION CONTROLLER, LAN. The total number of terminations is 32. A 5V voltage supply should be used to turn on and run the cpu microprocessor. A 20MHz frequency is used by the CPU. Please refer to the datasheets for 32 pins functions. The bandwidth required to transfer data is 8b. Temperatures above 85°C are not suitable for operating the microprocessor. Micro processor body consists of 32 pins. In many applications, this CPU is mounted with a Surface Mount bus. 20MHz is expected to be the top frequency of the CPU. Micro processors can be used from 5V. It is generally recommended that users do not supply their embedded microprocessors with voltages higher than 5.5V. There should be 4.5V voltage applied to the CPU microprocessor below 4.5V. Serial I/Os are set to communicate between peripherals via 5.
