TMPN3120FE3MI Overview
The embedded microprocessor has been packed in SOP for convenient overseas shipping. 20MHz Hz is the frequency at which the CPU operates. To learn about the functions of the pins 32 please refer to their datasheets. The bandwidth required to transfer data is 8b. Temperatures above 85°C are not suitable for operating the microprocessor. There are many applications for this CPU, since it is Surface Mount mounted. A CPU operating at 20MHz frequency is expected. Micro processors can be used from 5V. The embedded microprocessor should not be supplied with a voltage higher than 5.5V. It is recommended that the lowest voltage be fed to the micro processor is 4.5V.
