TMPM333FYFG Overview


The embedded microprocessor has been packed in LQFP for convenient overseas shipping. It is a MICROCONTROLLER, RISC in terms of uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs. To date, there have been 100 terminations. A 3.3V voltage supply should be used to turn on and run the cpu microprocessor. It has a 32-Bit architecture. CPUs operate with a frequency of 40MHz Hz. Please refer to the datasheets for 100 pins functions. A typical Microcontrollers embedded microprocessor. Data transfer has 32b bandwidths. CPU microprocessors shouldn't be used in environments above 85°C. A total of 100 pins are injected into the CPU microprocessor's body. Many applications use this CPU with Surface Mount mounted. As the CPU reaches its top frequency, it will be at 40MHz. As of 3.3V, the CPU microprocessor is capable of functioning. CPU voltage can't be higher than 43mA. It is generally recommended that users do not supply their embedded microprocessors with voltages higher than 3.6V. It is recommended that the lowest voltage be fed to the micro processor is 2.7V. Data is transferred through 78 I/O ports by CPU programs. The CPU has memory sized 256kB. The CPU is connected to POR, WDT peripheral devices. Embedded microprocessors belonging to the CORTEX-M3 family are included in the device.
