TMP411BDGKTG4 Overview


In order to ensure safety, these analog sensors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). The analog sensors are put into VSSOP packages to protect the devices from damage. A proper operation of this sensor requires 8 pins. 8 terminations are present in this electronic part. It is recommended that the GND terminal should have a current of 400μA flowing from it. A sensor like this can be powered with 400μA current in theory. For the analog sensors, 125°C can be set as the maximum operating temperature. In order for the sensor to function correctly, the operating temperature cannot fall below -40°C.
