TMP141AIDBVR Overview
The Tape & Reel (TR) package protects these analog sensors. As a measure of protection, analog sensors are enclosed in SOT-23-6 packages. As far as this electronic part is concerned, it has 6 terminations. When operating, analog sensors could supply 170μA current. The maximum voltage supplied by this sensor should be 5.5V in the DC circuit. The minimum DC voltage supplied by this magnetic switch is 2.7V. Sensors with analog inputs should have 110μA current flowing from the GND terminal.
