TMP103FYFFR Overview


A safety precaution is taken by packaging these analog sensors in the Tape & Reel (TR). Analog sensors are protected from damage by being placed in 4-UFBGA, DSBGA packages. There are 4 pins on this sensor to ensure proper operation. It contains 4 terminations. If the analog sensors are operating, their current could be 3μA. In DC circuits, this sensor's maximum output voltage should be 3.6V. A magnetic switch, however, can supply a voltage as low as 1.4V when used in a DC circuit. Ideally, analog sensors should have 1.5μA current flowing from their GND terminal.
