TMP102AQDRLRQ1 Overview


As a safety precaution, these analog sensors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). To protect the analog sensors from damage, the devices are packaged in SOT-563, SOT-666 packages. As a result of this sensor's 6 pins, it can be operated properly. During operation, the analog sensors could supply a voltage of 3.6V. Analog sensors should have 10μA current flowing from the GND terminal.
