A Tape & Reel (TR) case is included with the delivery. In order to package the IC voltage regulator, a 4-XDFN Exposed Pad case is used. On the Linear IC itself, there are 4 terminations. Fixed is the output type of the Voltage Regulator IC. Linear IC consists of 1 battery regulator. Regulator IC varies the range of Surface Mount operating temperatures. In order for this IC voltage regulator to operate, the temperature has to be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ degrees. It has been configured that the output function of this IC regulator is Positive. The chip itself consists of 4 pins in total, which make up its overall size. As a result of this IC voltage regulator's 1 outputs, it ensures prompt, adequate performance for all your applications. There are 4 pins on the chip. As an FYI, this IC voltage regulator has the basic part number TLV70718. This voltage regulator IC is what is known as a standard Other Regulators component. Packing the voltage regulator IC in this way is called TR packing. A maximum output current of 200mA is required to meet the operation requirements. It operates in the 20μA Quiescent Current state.
