The TLV707 series (TLV707 and TLV707P) low-dropout linear regulators (LDOs) feature low quiescent current and excellent line and load transient performance for power-sensitive applications. This family of devices offers typical 0.5% accuracy. All versions feature thermal shutdown and overcurrent protection for safety.
Additionally, these devices are stable with an effective output capacitance of only 0.1µF. This feature allows the use of cost effective capacitors with higher bias voltage and temperature derating. These devices also regulate to specified accuracy with no output load.
In addition, the TLV707P provides an active pull-down circuit to quickly discharge the output.
The TLV707 series of LDOs is available in a 1mm x 1mm DQN (X2SON) package, making it suitable for handheld applications.
