Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. There are 6 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. The harley voltage regulator is available as a SOT-23-6 package to save space. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. Operating at -40°C~125°C TJ is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 600kHz 1MHz. Despite its low input voltage, this voltage regulator can operate.
