TLV6002IDR Description


The TLV6002IDR is a Low-Power, Rail-to-Rail In/Out, 1-MHz Operational Amplifier for Cost-Sensitive Systems. The single-, dual-, and quad-channel operational amplifiers in the TLV600x family are specially made for general-purpose uses. This family is appealing for a variety of applications that call for a good balance between cost and performance, such as consumer electronics, smoke detectors, and white goods. It has rail-to-rail input and output (RRIO) swings, low quiescent current (75 μA, typical), wide bandwidth (1 MHz), and low noise (28 nV/√Hz at 1 kHz). The TLV600x can be employed in applications with megaohm source impedances due to its low input-bias current (typically ±1.0 pA).

The TLV600x's sturdy construction makes it simple to use for the circuit designer. It features an integrated RF/EMI rejection filter, no phase reversal in overdrive circumstances, and excellent electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection (4-kV HBM).

The devices are defined for the expanded temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and are optimized for operation at voltages as low as 1.8 V (±0.9 V) and as high as 5.5 V (±2.75 V).

The SC70-5 and SOT23-5 packages for the single-channel TLV6001 are both available. The quad-channel TLV6004 is available in a TSSOP-14 package, whereas the dual-channel TLV6002 is available in SOIC-8 and VSSOP-8 packages.
