TK95H303W Overview


It is common to find NTC thermistors packaged in the form of a Bulk. As a convenience, the package Bead includes it. When using NTC thermistors, the resistance tolerance must be ±0.2°C. Ensure reliable performance by setting the temperature of NTC thermistors to -80°C~150°C. Temperatures below 70°C are required for reliable NTC thermistors. In order to ensure reliability, NTC thermistors should operate at 0°C as low as possible. Power set by NTC thermistors is 75mW. In general, NTC thermistors can keep their maximum power dissipation at 75mW.
