TK95F502V Overview


There is a package of a Bulk in which NTC thermistors can be found. In the Bead package, it is included as a convenience. To make NTC thermistors work the resistance tolerance must be ±0.1°C. The temperature setting of NTC thermistors should be set to -80°C~150°C for reliable performance. A maximum operating temperature of 70°C ensures that NTC thermistors can operate reliably. For reliability, NTC thermistors may be operated at a temperature of 0°C. There is a maximum power setting of 75mW set by the NTC thermistors. There is a maximum power dissipation of 75mW during the operation of NTC thermistors.
