TK95F302V Overview


Thermistors manufactured by NTC are packaged as Bulk. In order to make things easier, it is included in the package Bead. NTC thermistors have a resistance tolerance of ±0.1°C in order to function properly. For reliable performance, NTC thermistors should be set to -80°C~150°C. A maximum operating temperature of 70°C is required for the reliable operation of NTC thermistors. NTC thermistors can operate at a minimum temperature of 0°C without compromising reliability. In a NTC thermistor, the maximum power is set to 75mW. The NTC thermistor is capable of dissipating a maximum of 75mW to operate.
