TK65025MTL Overview
Using the Cut Tape (CT) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 6 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. The space-saving SOT-23L-6 package is available for this voltage regulator. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. Fixed outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. This voltage regulator's peak reflow temperature is so high as to make it virtually indestructible. Voltage can be produced at 3V volts by voltage regulator. For this switching regulator, it is recommended that the output voltage is at least 3V volts. This voltage regulator allows stable operation due to its high maximum operating temperature 80°C.
