TIP50 Description
TIP50 transistors are a form of the power transistor and are mostly used to enhance switching and amplification. TIP50 NPN transistor is constructed from silicon and falls into the class of NPN transistors. Its voltage at the collector and emitter terminals is 100V and the voltage that is between the base and collector terminals is 100V. TIP50 circuit is ideal for power amplifiers, audio linear, and switching applications.
