TIP47 Description
ON Semiconductor's TIP47 is a 50V Silicon NPN High Voltage Power Transistor. TIP47 has a maximum power dissipation of 2W and an operating temperature of 150°C TJ. TIP47 is available in TO-220-3 and is packaged in bulk. The TIP47 is a 250V Silicon NPN High Voltage Power Transistor that is used in audio output amplifiers and switching power supply drivers.
