TIP127 Description
:
The TIP127 is a darlington transistor with a PNP BJT base. A transistor is a must-have in any electronics lab since it may be utilized for a wide range of general-purpose applications requiring high gain. It was built utilizing planar technology and a monolithic Darlington arrangement. The TIP127 has a very low saturation voltage and an extraordinary high gain capability. It can drive a load of up to 5A, and because the transistor's collector-emitter voltage is 100V, it can readily drive loads of less than 100V DC. Aside from that, the transistor's maximum DC current gain is 1000 and its maximum collector dissipation is 65W, allowing it to be employed in audio and other signal amplification purpose. Its complementary NPN transistor is the TIP122.
