TIP107 Description
TIP107 is a general-purpose amplifier and low-speed switching TIP107 is an 8.0 A, 100 V PNP Darlington Power Bipolar Junction Transistor. Complementary devices are the TIP100, TIP101, and TIP102 (NPN) and TIP105, TIP106, and TIP107 (PNP). TIP107 is intended for use in power linear and
switching applications.
