TIP100 Transistor Description


The TIP100 transistor is intended for switching and linear applications. It features a high current gain of 1000 (MIN) and a collector pin current of 8A. It transists a frequency of 4 Mhz and dissipates power up to 80 W. TIP100, TIP101, and TIP102 (NPN) are complimentary devices, as are TIP105, TIP106, and TIP107 (PNP).
