The THVD1500 is a powerful half-duplex RS-485 transceiver for industrial applications. These bus pins can withstand high levels of IEC contact discharge ESD events, eliminating the need for additional system-level protection components.

The device operates from a single 5V supply. The wide common-mode voltage range and low input leakage on the bus pins make the THVD1500 suitable for multi-drop applications over long cables.

The THVD1500 is housed in an industry standard 8-pin SOIC package for easy compatibility. The temperature range of the device is -40°C to 125°C.
