TFSW0805-56RF Overview
To protect the devices from damage, PTC thermistors are packaged in SMD/SMT packages. In order to ensure the safety of these PTC thermistors, they are packaged in Tape & Reel (TR). It is recommended to set the minimum operating temperature of the PTC thermistors at -55°C. A thermistor must not operate at temperatures exceeding 125°C in order for it to function properly. A thermistor has 2 pins.
