TFPT1206L6801FM Overview
PTC thermistors are packaged in 1206 (3216 Metric) packages to ensure their protection. To provide safety, these PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). To ensure that the PTC thermistors operate at the minimum temperature, set the temperature to -55°C. Ensure that this thermistor does not operate at a temperature above 125°C for it to work properly. This power loss should be transferred and conducted by the thermistor to the circuit without overheating. In theory, this thermistor can deliver 50V when it is in operation.
