TFPT1206L5601JM Overview
In order to prevent damage to the devices, PTC thermistors are packaged in 1206 (3216 Metric) packages. Packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) for safety, these PTC thermistors are designed to perform at high temperatures. A minimum operating temperature of -55°C should be set for the PTC thermistors. There must be no temperature above 150°C for this thermistor to function. In order for the thermistor to transfer and conduct this power loss without overheating, the maximum temperature should be 125mW. When it works, this thermistor will provide a voltage of 50V.
