To prevent damage to the devices, PTC thermistors are packaged in 1206 (3216 Metric) packages. Packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR), these PTC thermistors are safe to handle. It is recommended to set the minimum operating temperature of the PTC thermistors at -55°C. It is important that the operation temperature of this thermistor does not exceed 150°C. These thermistors have 2 pins. There should be a maximum capability for the thermistor to transfer and conduct this power loss without overheating.
