TFPT1206L4701FM Overview
It is recommended that the PTC thermistors be packaged in 1206 (3216 Metric) packages to prevent damage to them. The PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) to ensure safety. It is recommended to set the minimum operating temperature of the PTC thermistors at -55°C. Ensure this thermistor is working at 125°C by keeping its operating temperature below that. The maximum power loss that the thermistor will be capable of transferring without overheating should be 125mW. In theory, this thermistor is capable of providing 50V voltage when it is in operation.
