TFPT1206L4700FM Overview
PTC thermistors are packaged as 1206 (3216 Metric) units to prevent damage. In order to provide safety protection, these PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). Temperature -55°C should be set as the minimum operating temperature for PTC thermistors. A thermistor's operating temperature must not exceed 125°C for it to function. It is expected that the thermistor's maximum capability to transfer and conduct this power loss will be 125mW. Nominally, this thermistor can supply 50V voltage when it works.
