TFPT1206L3900JM Overview
For protection, PTC thermistors are contained in 1206 (3216 Metric) packages. The PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) to ensure safety. It is recommended that the minimum operating temperature for the PTC thermistors be set to -55°C. In order for this thermistor to work properly, the operating temperature must not exceed 150°C. This power loss should be transferred and conducted by the thermistor to the circuit without overheating.
