TFPT1206L1501FY Overview
To protect the devices from damage, PTC thermistors are packaged in 1206 (3216 Metric) packages. PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) as a safety measure. It is advisable to set the PTC thermistors to -55°C as the minimum operating temperature. This thermistor must not operate above 150°C in order for it to work. This thermistor has 2 pins. It is recommended that the thermistor's maximum power loss-transfer capability be set to 125mW in order to prevent overheating.
