TFPT1206L1002JV Overview
PTC thermistors are packaged as 1206 (3216 Metric) units to prevent damage. For safety reasons, these PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). In the PTC thermistor, the terminations are 2. A thermistor with 2 pins is available. If the PTC thermistors were to operate, 50V voltage could be supplied. This power loss should be transferred and conducted by the thermistor to the circuit without overheating. During normal operation, this thermistor supplies 50V voltage. The maximum voltage supplied by this thermistor should be 50V for reliable performance.
