TFPT1206L1001KZ Overview
It is important to protect PTC thermistors from damage by placing them in 1206 (3216 Metric) packages. A safety protective package is included with these PTC thermistors. To ensure that the PTC thermistors operate at the minimum temperature, set the temperature to -55°C. There must not be an increase in temperature above 150°C for this thermistor to work. This thermistor has 2 pins. During operation, PTC thermistors could supply 50V voltage. There should be no possibility of the thermistor overheating as a result of this power loss. The thermistors are rated for 50V voltage in the DC circuit.
