TFPT1206L1001JM Overview
Keeping PTC thermistors in 1206 (3216 Metric) packages prevents them from being damaged. In order to protect themselves from damage, these PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). It is advisable to set the PTC thermistors to -55°C as the minimum operating temperature. It is important that the operation temperature of this thermistor does not exceed 150°C. This thermistor has 2 pins. As they operate, the PTC thermistors supply a voltage of 50V. It is recommended that the thermistor's maximum power loss-transfer capability be set to 125mW in order to prevent overheating.
