TFPT0805L6800JZ Overview
PTC thermistors are packaged as 0805 (2012 Metric) units to prevent damage. A Tape & Reel (TR) is used for the safety of these PTC thermistors. To ensure that the PTC thermistors operate at the minimum temperature, set the temperature to -55°C. In order for this thermistor to work properly, the operating temperature must not exceed 150°C. This thermistor has a total of 2 pins. As a result, PTC thermistors may supply 40V voltage at all times. There should be a maximum capability for the thermistor to transfer and conduct this power loss without overheating.
