For PTC thermistors, the minimum operating temperature should be -55°C. If this thermistor is to work correctly, it must operate at 150°C. A thermistor has a pin count of 2. As the PTC thermistors operate, they could supply 40V voltage. A thermistor's maximum capacity to transfer and conduct power loss is 100mW.
