TFPT0805L5001FM Overview
A 0805 (2125 Metric) package is used to protect PTC thermistors. For safety reasons, these PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). Using PTC thermistors at -55°C temperature should be their minimum operating temperature. In order for this thermistor to function properly, the operating temperature must not exceed 125°C. There are 2 pins in this thermistor. There should be a maximum capability for the thermistor to transfer and conduct this power loss without overheating.
