TFPT0805L4701FM Overview
In order to protect the PTC thermistors from damage, they are packaged in 0805 packages. To ensure that the PTC thermistors operate at the minimum temperature, set the temperature to -55°C. In order for this thermistor to function properly, the operating temperature must not exceed 125°C. On this thermistor, there are 2 pins. The thermistor supplies 40V voltage nominally when it works.
