TFPT0805L3901KZ Overview
To protect the devices from damage, PTC thermistors are packaged in 0805 (2012 Metric) packages. To provide safety, these PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). A PTC thermistor should be operated at a minimum operating temperature of -55°C. To make sure this thermistor works, the operating temperature must not exceed 150°C. The thermistor has a maximum of 2 pins. A thermistor's maximum capacity to transfer and conduct power loss is 100mW.
