TFPT0805L3900JZ Overview
A 0805 (2012 Metric) package is used to protect the PTC thermistors from damage. The PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) for safety reasons. In general, the PTC thermistors should be set to -55°C as their minimum operating temperature. It is important that the operation temperature of this thermistor does not exceed 150°C. In order for the thermistor to transfer and conduct this power loss without overheating, the maximum temperature should be 100mW.
