TFPT0805L3300KV Overview
For protection, PTC thermistors are contained in 0805 (2012 Metric) packages. For safety reasons, these PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). Set the PTC thermistors to -55°C for a minimum operating temperature. In order for this thermistor to work properly, the operating temperature must not exceed 150°C. Ideally, the thermistor's maximum capability to transfer and conduct this power loss would be 100mW.
