TFPT0805L3300JZ Overview
It is recommended that the PTC thermistors be packaged in 0805 (2012 Metric) packages to prevent damage to them. Packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR), these PTC thermistors are safe to handle. It is recommended to set the minimum operating temperature of the PTC thermistors at -55°C. There must not be an increase in temperature above 150°C for this thermistor to work. In this thermistor, there are 2 pins. Ideally, the thermistor's maximum capability to transfer and conduct this power loss would be 100mW.
