TFPT0805L3300JM Overview
The PTC thermistors are put into 0805 (2012 Metric) packages to protect the devices from damage. PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) for the purpose of protecting them from damage. In general, the PTC thermistors should be set to -55°C as their minimum operating temperature. In order for this thermistor to function properly, the operating temperature must not exceed 150°C. On this thermistor, there are 2 pins. Ideally, this power loss can be transferred and conducted by the thermistor without it overheating.
