TFPT0805L3300FM Overview
In order to protect the PTC thermistors from damage, they are packaged in 0805 (2125 Metric) packages. Packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR), these PTC thermistors are safe to handle. A PTC thermistor should be operated at a minimum operating temperature of -55°C. It is important that this thermistor does not operate at a temperature above 125°C. There should be no overheating of the thermistor at this temperature, which makes it the best thermistor to transfer this power loss without overheating.
