TFPT0805L2700FV Overview
To prevent damage to the devices, PTC thermistors are packaged in 0805 (2012 Metric) packages. Packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) for safety, these PTC thermistors are designed to perform at high temperatures. Using PTC thermistors at -55°C temperature should be their minimum operating temperature. The operating temperature of this thermistor must not exceed 150°C. A thermistor with 2 pins is available. Ideally, the thermistor's maximum capability to transfer and conduct this power loss would be 100mW. The heat produced by PTC thermistors should be 100mW. A reliable operation of this thermistor depends on the maximum voltage supplied by it.
