TFPT0805L2201JM Overview
It is recommended that the PTC thermistors be packaged in 0805 (2012 Metric) packages to prevent damage to them. In order to provide safety protection, these PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). Ensure that the PTC thermistors are set to -55°C as their minimum operating temperature. To make sure this thermistor works, the operating temperature must not exceed 150°C. This thermistor has 2 pins. As the PTC thermistors operate, they could supply 40V voltage. Ideally, the thermistor's maximum capability to transfer and conduct this power loss would be 100mW. When it is working, this thermistor can provide 40V voltage nominally.
