TFPT0805L1000FM Overview
To protect the devices from damage, PTC thermistors are packaged in 0805 (2125 Metric) packages. Packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) for safety, these PTC thermistors are designed to perform at high temperatures. A PTC thermistor should be operated at a minimum operating temperature of -55°C. The operating temperature of this thermistor must not exceed 125°C. The maximum power loss that the thermistor will be capable of transferring without overheating should be 100mW.
