For protection, PTC thermistors are contained in 0603 (1608 Metric) packages. These PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) for safety protection. To ensure that the PTC thermistors operate at the minimum temperature, set the temperature to -55°C. The operating temperature of this thermistor must not exceed 150°C. It is expected that the thermistor's maximum capability to transfer and conduct this power loss will be 75mW. In theory, this thermistor should be capable of supplying 30V when it is working.
