TFPT0603L4700JV Overview
It is recommended that the PTC thermistors be packaged in 0603 (1608 Metric) packages to prevent damage to them. PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) as a safety measure. It is recommended to set the minimum operating temperature of the PTC thermistors at -55°C. In order for this thermistor to function properly, the operating temperature must not exceed 150°C. The thermistor consists of 2 pins. This power loss should be transferred and conducted by the thermistor to the circuit without overheating.
