TFPT0603L3900JM Overview
To prevent damage to the devices, PTC thermistors are packaged in 0603 (1608 Metric) packages. A safety package is used to safeguard these PTC thermistors. Set the PTC thermistors to -55°C for a minimum operating temperature. Ensure that this thermistor does not operate at a temperature above 150°C for it to work properly. This thermistor has 2 pins. It is expected that the thermistor's maximum capability to transfer and conduct this power loss will be 75mW. When it works, this thermistor will provide a voltage of 30V.
