TFPT0603L3900FV Overview
PTC thermistors are packaged as 0603 (1608 Metric) units to prevent damage. In order to ensure the safety of these PTC thermistors, they are packaged in Tape & Reel (TR). The minimum operating temperature for the PTC thermistors should be set to -55°C. This thermistor must not operate above 150°C in order for it to work. A thermistor with 2 pins is available. It is recommended that PTC thermistors produce 75mW heat. This thermistor must be operated at 30V voltage in order to be reliable.
