TFPT0603L3300FM Overview
To prevent damage to the devices, PTC thermistors are packaged in 0603 (1608 Metric) packages. A safety package is used to safeguard these PTC thermistors. In general, the PTC thermistors should be set to -55°C as their minimum operating temperature. To make sure this thermistor works, the operating temperature must not exceed 125°C. This thermistor has 2 pins. It is recommended that the thermistor's maximum power loss-transfer capability be set to 75mW in order to prevent overheating. When it is operational, the thermistor should be able to supply 30V voltage.
